Here nice compilation showing my progress in Clan Boss. Changes in champions are visible, but, of course, also the gear and masteries are improving.
So far I have never done any speed tuning and discovered that you can achieve a lot (2 key Nightmare) without any speed tuning. That said, I am working on a new defense-based team with different champions which I will try to speed tune.
The Team Power is going from 52k to 153k in the Void Clan Boss and 143k in the Affinity Clan Boss (I now have 2 teams to fight if it's Void or Affinity).
Also the knowledge of the game is increasing over time resulting in better performance (correct gears / stats).
